Dr. Lydia Hughes- Evans is a Generative Systems Architect with 15+ years of experience guiding organizations, leaders, and visionaries to build what lasts - not just what performs.

As the founder of Pure Momentum Consulting, Dr. Lydia has partnered with nonprofits across the country to align their leadership, board governance, and internal systems with clarity, care, and sustainable momentum. Her work goes beyond strategy,  she designs living infrastructure where mission, people, and purpose move as one.

Dr. Lydia’s leadership journey spans the nonprofit, education, and business sectors. She’s held executive roles, served on national boards, and trained organizations nationwide as a keynote speaker and facilitator. She is the visionary behind the Turn Your Seat™ ecosystem: a transformational framework for overflow-based leadership and embodied impact.

Her signature model, the AWE Framework™ (Alignment. Weaving. Emergence.), now informs her work across both human-centered consulting and relational systems design.

Dr. Lydia holds certifications as a Business and Employee Performance Coach, and academic degrees in English and Psychology (BA), Education – Instructional Leadership (MA), and Organizational Leadership (EdD).

Monique is a seasoned nonprofit professional specializing in management and communications. With a robust background in nonprofit strategy, organizational development, leadership training, and communications, she brings 10+ years of experience in guiding organizations towards sustainable growth and impactful communication strategies.

She excels in crafting compelling narratives, building strategic partnerships, and implementing effective management practices. She is passionate about empowering nonprofits to achieve their missions and enhance community engagement.

Drawing on her deep understanding of nonprofit dynamics and a track record of success in project management, strategic planning, and marketing, Monique offers tailored solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and amplify social impact. She has a BS in Communication Studies from Eastern Connecticut State University and an MS in Nonprofit Management from Johnson & Wales University.

Amine Daoudi brings over 20 years of international experience in leadership, organizational growth, and people strategy. As a Managing Director, he has led teams and advised executives across Europe, North Africa, and the Gulf, with a focus on strategic expansion, client engagement, and culturally responsive leadership.

At Pure Momentum, Amine supports nonprofit and mission-driven organizations through a business development lens, strengthening internal systems, cultivating aligned partnerships, and guiding teams through relational, values-based development. He also contributes to AWE-Co™ initiatives, where his cross-sector insight and leadership presence help shape a more emotionally intelligent approach to innovation.

In recognition of his contributions to global leadership and collaboration, Amine received Pure Momentum’s Leadership Award for Exemplary Performance in 2020.

He holds a Graduate Diploma in International Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor’s in Language Interpretation and Translation from the University of Algiers. He speaks four languages, English, Arabic, French, and Spanish, and brings cross-cultural fluency and calm strategic focus to every engagement.

Daren has 9+ years of experience working in many levels of the non-profit sector. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT92438), he understands the intricacies of people (both as employees and populations served) and has a track record of improving employee work quality with retention of those employees at non-profit pay. As a Director and Board Member he also knows how to tie it all together with the mission, vision, and strategic initiatives of the organization. Having utilized Medi-Cal and public funding, he brings expertise in complex quality assurance regulatory compliance. He has a BA in Communication Studies from San Jose State University, and an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary.
